We are currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our internal Rehmann IT team. We are open to remote and hybrid work formats for this role. In this role, you will maintain our sales databases, develop new functionality, and train staff on the effective use of Salesforce products. 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  1. Ensure optimal performance of firm-wide Salesforce systems and products.
  2.  Collaborate closely with the internal Salesforce team, Business Applicaitons and Solutions team, and CRM Program Manager for Salesforce and IT business initiatives
  3. Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration. 
  4. Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, automations, and groups. 
  5. Organize the assessment, extension, and conclusion of new requests for development. 
  6. Maintain the sales cloud, experience clous, and CRM Analytics environments. 
  7. Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing. 
  8. Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases, as well as provide training and support. 
  9. Document processes, including error reports and facilitate service tickets. 
  10. Prepare custom reports and dashboards for sales and other departments. 
  11. All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups and user support tickets
  12. Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders. 
  13. Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports. 
  14. Facilitate user training, create training materials, and monitor user adoption

Your Desired Skills, Experiences and Values:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Networking, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred

  2. Salesforce Administrator certification preferred

  3. Minimum of 3 years related work experience

  4.  Extensive experience with Salesforce system administration

  5. Willingness to travel to office sites as needed, and to work outside of regular business hours when required. 

  6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. 

  7. The ability to handle multiple projects and service tickets simultaneously. 

  8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

  9. Passion for learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
