Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Salesforce Administrator II who will be responsible for continuing the global implementation of Salesforce. You will serve as the point of contact for users who require support, configuration, reporting and training. You will be an internal expert for Salesforce functionality, technology, customization and development. This role operates on a hybrid work model.

Major Responsibilities

  1. Help drive user adoption and best practices to further the long-term success of the system
  2. Creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and sharing rules
  3. Perform all tasks related to the day-to-day operations of Salesforce; including managing users, creating and maintaining custom objects and fields, handling bulk data migration, maintenance of page layouts, and support of app exchange applications
  4. Maintain and customize FinancialForce, Salesforce CPQ, and Field Service Lightning implementations
  5. Help identify and implement new Salesforce features and functions in response to business needs
  6. Help build, maintain, and enhance user portals in Experience Cloud
  7. Use flows and approval processes to build new and enhance existing process automation
  8. Understand and translate business goals, and business processes into a solution that meets the needs of the various departments partners throughout the company that utilize Salesforce
  9. Respond to issues or questions from users throughout the organization, resolve technical and functional support issues, manage data loads, review data quality and provide training on new features and functionality
  10. Analyze the existing implementation of Salesforce and make recommendations for improvement or best practices
  11. Other duties as assigned

Essential Job Function

  1. Ability to multi-task technical problems efficiently
  2. Ability to communicate technical concepts to both users and technical staff effectively
  3. Problem-solving
  4. Concentrating for long periods of time.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  6. Eagerness and ability to learn new computer applications
  7. Prompt and regular attendance
  8. Works well in a team environment
  9. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  10. Excellent communication skills necessary
  11. Experience in multiple assignments while meeting strict deadlines

Physical Requirements

  1. Frequent computer and telephone use
  2. Sitting for long periods of time
  3. Occasional travel of less than 5% may be required.

Qualifications

  1. At least 3 years of Salesforce experience required
  2. Experience with Mulesoft preferred
  3. Experience in FinancialForce and Billing Central preferred
  4. Experience with Sales, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and/or Digital Engagement preferred
