Role Overview:

Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business applications (Salesforce.com, third-party apps, and custom Salesforce.com applications). This individual must possess strong technical skills as well as CRM administration and development skills. The candidate must have experience with large CRM and Salesforce.com implementations, from sales contract/opportunity management (Quote2Cash), customer service integration to invoicing and client portals.

Responsibilities:

1. Review technical specifications and adapt those requirements into a Force.com application.

2. Design and develop Salesforce.com applications using Apex, Lightning, Javascript, and UI related coding technologies.

3. Interact with Salesforce administrators and senior developers to design application modules using object-oriented design methods.

4. Participate in code-review sessions to identify potential problem areas and suggest alternative solutions

5. Understands SFDC configuration and latest technical features and capabilities

6. Support custom Salesforce.com projects and ongoing support/maintenance activities related to SFDC

7. Conduct analysis of existing business processes and recommend process improvements 

8. Architect mass and recurring data imports and manipulations as required

9. Streamline system functionality standards such as naming conventions, etc.   

10. Identify and resolve data integrity issues

11. Improve usability and design of all systems/apps and document release notes.

12. Stay abreast of improvements in CRM system capabilities and business processes 

Skills & Experience: 

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related field plus 3 years of related experience

2. Prior Salesforce.com Administration and 3-5 years Visualforce/Apex development experience is a must.

3. 5-7+ years work experience as a software developer, architect, consultant, and/or database modeling for relevant web technologies

4. Disciplined self-starter, able to be highly productive both working alone and in close collaboration within a team

5. Passionate and knowledgeable about exploring and experimenting with the latest app dev technologies

6. Strong technical background and application development experience, including solid app dev abilities on Salesforce environment 

7. Excellent oral and written presentation and documentation skills

8. Must work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently

9. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

10. Excellent attention to detail and timely delivery.

11. Experience with Salesforce.com Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flows

12. Database and/or data modeling experience

13. Salesforce Admin, Developer (Platform I, II), and AI Certifications

14. Java/J2EE experience is a plus.

15. Source Control, JIRA, and Github. 

16. Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications

17. Experience with contract and entitlements and ideally, experience with a custom quote to cash build out

The base pay range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000. This range is not a guarantee of actual compensation that may be earned nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on relevant experience, education, skills, location, and other applicable factors.
