About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our lean, fast-moving team. You’ll support day-to-day Salesforce configuration and help manage key project tasks—from actioning Jira tickets to handling platform updates for our clients.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role that’s ideal for someone who’s confident with the Salesforce platform, thrives on getting things done, and enjoys being part of a delivery-focused environment.
You’ll be working directly with our Founder/CEO and Delivery Lead to:

Keep momentum on client builds

Clear lower-level config off developer plates

Action Jira cards and admin tasks

Grow your Salesforce experience in real client environments
🎯 What You’ll Do

Action Salesforce Jira tickets (you’ll receive clearly scoped tasks)

Build/configure: fields, objects, reports, dashboards, flows
-
Help with user setup, permissions, and general admin support

Assist in documenting configurations and updates

Occasionally support light QA / testing where needed

Communicate status updates and flag blockers proactively
💡 What We’re Looking For

1–2 years’ hands-on Salesforce admin experience
-
Confident creating fields, reports, dashboards, page layouts

Comfortable with flows and process builder
-
Experience working with Jira or other ticketing systems (or fast learner)

Clear written and spoken English
-
High attention to detail
-
Strong sense of accountability and follow-through

Able to overlap at least 3–4 hours with UK time zone
