What You’ll Do:
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for implementing, administering, and continuously improving Salesforce by supporting business-critical processes running on the Salesforce platform and integrated systems.
Acting as the liaison between various internal groups, the Salesforce Administrator manages the Salesforce environments (production and sandboxes), implements and supports Salesforce-based applications, troubleshoots, and works with end-users to ensure that the application meets the business's needs and keeps pace with any changes in operational requirements, policies, and/or procedures.
This role requires advanced technical knowledge of Salesforce configuration, maintenance, and solution development.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee Salesforce-related initiatives by facilitating, monitoring, coordinating, and communicating the expectations for successfully developing the department's services.
- Conduct regular system maintenance, including data backups, system health checks, and performance monitoring.
- Create and maintain dashboards, list views, and reports.
- Create and maintain Campaigns and Journeys in Account Engagement/Pardot, Segmentation Lists, and Sales Cadences.
- Customize Salesforce apps, objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
- Ensure proper user maintenance, including permissions and role hierarchy.
- Manage security and data.
- Gather requirements for new processes with stakeholders.
- Deliver training to new users and provide ongoing support to optimize system utilization.
- Proactively address and resolve technical problems, minimizing disruption to users.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
What You Have:
- Salesforce Certification is required in Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist, or similar.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Ad.
- Ability to effectively utilize workflows, process builder, and data integration tools.
- In-depth understanding of customization options within Salesforce.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce platforms, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Pardot to develop Salesforce solutions.
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components
- Customer service mindset.
- Ability to prioritize business needs based on importance, urgency, or impact.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be collaborative in a small team environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication.
Your Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or commensurate experience.
- 3+ years of Salesforce administrator experience.
- Salesforce Certification is required.
- Technical experience implementing and maintaining Salesforce CRM, Account Engagement/Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Flow Automation, APEX code, and social media connectors.
- 3+ years of customer service experience configuring, supporting, administering, and testing Salesforce core capabilities
- Experience with Office 365 suite of applications.

Compensation:
Century Communities (the "Company") intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $110,000 - $125,000 with the potential for other financial incentives. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and the Company's 401(k) plan.
