JOB OVERVIEW

The Salesforce Administrator continually improves and enhances the Salesforce platform for internal and external clients by designing scalable solutions using best practices and technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  1. Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  2. Management of roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules
  3. Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  4. Sandbox environment management
  5. DevOps/release management experience
  6. Know when something should/could be done declaratively vs. pushing to development team or a third party app
  7. Integrate with Development Team to handle the administrative side of custom code deployments
  8. Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  9. Test changes and new features from internal developers and other administrators as well as external partners
  10. Research and know best practices for Salesforce and stay abreast of new features
  11. Working with integrated applications including (but not limited to): DocuSign, Formstack Documents, DevOps tools, Marketing Cloud
  12. Configure and manage Financial Service Cloud
  13. Manage Marketing Cloud
  14. Configure MuleSoft Composer
  15. Work closely with other Salesforce Administrators to avoid conflicts and breaking changes
  16. Technical documentation
  17. Enthusiastically teach best practices
  18. Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Salesforce Certifications, Trailhead Mountaineer or higher, or demonstrated expertise configuring complex solutions within Salesforce
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience with hands-on business Salesforce administration
  3. Agile Scrum experience preferred

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with and an understanding of the following:

  1. Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administer, Platform App Builder), Trailhead Mountaineer or higher, or demonstrated expertise configuring complex solutions within Salesforce

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
