Salesforce Administrator

This is an opportunity in the exciting and fast-growing transportation technology industry. Public transit is being transformed from a system of static, scheduled fixed-routes, to a dynamic on-demand network, and you’ll be one of the pioneers shaping this transformation. 

We’re looking for a skilled and team-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic Technical Services team. In this role, you’ll act as a Salesforce subject matter expert, overseeing the setup, configuration, development, and ongoing maintenance of our Salesforce platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions that improve operational efficiency and support key business initiatives.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Manage and configure multiple internal and customer-facing orgs

2. Design and implement Salesforce flows

3. Develop and maintain multiple experience cloud sites

4. Support and advise team members on Salesforce configuration and development across ongoing projects and feature enhancements

5. Establish and implement change control and best practices concerning system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity 

6. Manage Salesforce roles, profiles/permissions, sharing rules, automations, and groups 

7. Prioritize, design, and facilitate the successful implementation and adoption of new processes

8. Participate in final acceptance testing, verifying with stakeholders, and deploying new functionality to production

9. Provide training to internal users as well as clients 

10. Write and manage technical documentation, including internal and external-facing knowledge base articles

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

1. Undergraduate or College degree in a technical field

2. 2+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration, support, and/or administration 

3. Salesforce Administration Certifications 

4. Experience deploying and managing 3rd-party integrations

5. Experience with creating and maintaining complex Salesforce flows 

6. A strong knowledge of Salesforce formulas

7. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

8. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

10. Must be available to travel to client sites within Canada and the US up to 10% of the time

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Base Salary: $72K - $88K + performance-based bonus + stock options
