We’re seeking a Salesforce Integration Analyst to support, optimize, and expand our Salesforce platform and related business systems. This role will manage configuration, data integrity, and user experience across multiple teams, while ensuring Salesforce aligns with evolving business workflows and integrates seamlessly with external systems like Dynamics 365 and Site Tracker.

Position is in office at our Carol Stream , IL headquarters

Pay Range: $95,000 – $110,000 annually

Compensation will vary based on experience, education, skills, and location.

What You’ll Do

Salesforce Platform Management

  1. Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, managing system configuration, automation, security, and user roles.
  2. Maintain platform stability by monitoring system health, resolving errors, and implementing best practices for performance and compliance.
  3. Build, optimize, and maintain flows, process builders, approval processes, and custom objects to support operational efficiency.

Data & Integration Management

  1. Oversee data management, including data imports, deduplication, validation, and ongoing quality control.
  2. Drive integration between Salesforce, Dynamics 365, QuickBooks, and Site Tracker, ensuring accuracy and reliability across systems.
  3. Utilize SOQL, APIs, and tools like Power Automate and Azure Functions to facilitate automated and real-time data exchanges.

End-User Enablement & Support

  1. Provide advanced user support, resolving tickets, troubleshooting issues, and advising teams on best practices.
  2. Deliver training sessions and maintain documentation to improve adoption, accuracy, and process clarity.
  3. Define and enforce governance around field usage, data entry standards, and automation logic.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  2. Participate in system enhancement testing, rollouts, and feedback loops with users.
  3. Align Salesforce functionality with broader ERP workflows and reporting goals.

What You Bring

  1. 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a B2B or integrated environment. In addition to administration experience, preferred candidate has installed/customized Salesforce to integrate with Dynamics 365.
  2. Experience integrating Salesforce with Dynamics 365 to replace QuickBooks.
  3. Deep knowledge of Salesforce automation tools, data architecture, and user permission models.
  4. Strong experience with SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and integration techniques involving third-party systems.
  5. Proficiency in data loading and transformation tools such as Data Loader, Power Automate, or custom ETL tools.
  6. Ability to translate business processes into system logic while balancing performance and usability.
  7. Strong communication and documentation skills, especially when supporting non-technical users.
  8. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with an ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
