About the Role

ParcelHero is seeking an exceptional, autonomous Senior Salesforce Administrator to take full ownership of our Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud Enterprise Edition) and revenue technology ecosystem (Apollo, Salesforce Engage, Calendly, RingCentral, Stripe, Five9, and Creditsafe).

We need a strategic builder and operator who can architect scalable solutions, eliminate technical debt, and drive meaningful business impact. You'll be a proactive Salesforce expert who deeply understands B2B sales and marketing workflows, documents technical decisions for non-technical stakeholders, and owns outcomes, not just deliverables.

What will you be doing?

As the primary Salesforce expert, you will be responsible for the health, optimization, and strategic development of our entire Revenue Technology stack.

Salesforce Platform Mastery (Primary Focus - 70%)

  • System Ownership & Optimization: Full ownership of the Salesforce instance, managing setup and optimization for 30+ users across SDR, BDM, AE, and CSM teams, including custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, and reporting.

  • Technical Debt Elimination: Lead a focused re-architecture program to improve system performance, including auditing and archiving unused custom fields, migrating legacy Workflow Rules to Flow before the deprecation deadline, and consolidating Apex Triggers using best practices.

  • Automation & Scalability: Design and build complex, scalable automations using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Apex to support key processes like Lead → Opportunity conversion and opportunity management.

  • Data Integrity & Governance: Own all Sales and Marketing data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance. Establish and enforce field governance policies, implement data retention policies, and manage attribution/assignment logic critical for commission calculations.

Revenue Technology Stack Integration (30%)

  • Integration Management: Implement and manage integrations with modern revenue tools such as Salesforce Engage, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Outreach. Maintain and optimize existing integrations (Dotdigital, Five9, ParcelVision).

  • Data Architecture: Design clean data architecture and field mapping strategies for all integrations, building bi-directional sync logic and robust error handling.

  • Marketing Technology Stack: Manage and optimize the entire marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance (with a focus on Dotdigital and Storyblok). Design, implement, and manage automated email marketing and lead nurturing workflows within Dotdigital and Salesforce.

Data, Analytics & Process Excellence

  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards and models to track key performance indicators (KPIs), including leads, SQLs, SALs, opportunities, conversion rates, and customer expansion. Analyze data to provide actionable insights that inform Sales and Marketing strategies.

  • Process Design & Documentation: Build, document, and maintain key sales processes (e.g., lead routing, forecasting). Create runbooks, decision logs, and a knowledge base proactively, ensuring documentation is current and easily accessible.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the primary liaison between Revenue Operations, IT, and GTM leadership (Sales, Marketing) to align on strategy, tooling needs, and change management initiatives.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.

  • Salesforce Mastery: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification is REQUIRED. Deep, expert-level proficiency with Flow Builder and strong working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

  • Project Management & Ownership: Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce re-architecture or technical debt cleanup projects. Excellent project management and documentation skills, the ability to juggle 5-10 initiatives simultaneously.

  • Technical & Integration Skills: Experience implementing and managing modern revenue tools (Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms). Strong working knowledge of API integrations and webhooks.

  • Education & Communication: Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Business-level English proficiency (written and verbal) is MANDATORY for executive communication and technical documentation.

Strongly Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications are highly valued.

  • Operations Acumen: Background in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations with a deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes (SDR → AE workflows, lead qualification, attribution modeling).

  • Technical Depth: Familiarity with modern development tools (Git, VS Code, Salesforce CLI) for DevOps practices.

  • Marketing & Data: Deep expertise or certification in Marketing Automation, and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).

  • Industry: Experience in the technology, SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics industry is a bonus.

Work at Parcelhero: Perks That Pack a Punch!

  • Work Location: Fully remote role.

  • Time Zone Requirement (MANDATORY): You must be available to work and collaborate synchronously during the core UK business hours (GMT/BST - London time). This typically requires a minimum overlap of 6-7 hours with the UK workday (e.g., 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM GMT).

  • Preferred Location Regions: To ensure seamless collaboration and minimal disruption to the work-life balance, we are prioritizing candidates residing in regions with minimal time difference from London (GMT/BST). This includes, but is not limited to: Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Hungary, South Africa, and Brazil.

  • Annual Leave: You'll receive a generous holiday entitlement, giving you the time you need to rest and recharge. You also receive your birthday off.

  • Bank Holidays: Enjoy paid leave on all UK bank holidays as standard.

  • Sick Pay: We offer a company sick pay scheme that aligns with the statutory minimum to support you when you're unwell.

  • Merit Reviews: Get rewarded for your hard work and dedication with regular performance and salary reviews.

  • Inclusive Culture: Be yourself and thrive in our casual and upbeat environment.
