Your Impact
As the Senior Salesforce Administrator Lead, you will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and data integrity by managing Salesforce configurations, integrations, and change management processes. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Core Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration: Configure and maintain Salesforce to meet business needs across sales, service, and operations. Manage security, permissions, data governance, custom objects, workflows, reports, and integrations. Stay current on Salesforce features and best practices to ensure platform scalability and strategic alignment.

Process & Documentation: Oversee intake and prioritization of change requests. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure clear, complete documentation for smooth handoffs. Maintain up-to-date system documentation and user training materials.

Change Management: Lead Salesforce change control processes, including testing, deployment, and communication. Track updates in Azure DevOps and ensure seamless transitions from sandbox to production environments.
Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, with a strong track record of configuring, customizing, and optimizing the platform to support dynamic business needs.

Proven ability to manage complex projects in an English-speaking, cross-functional environment—balancing multiple priorities with independence and confidence.

Expertise in Salesforce Flows and Lightning Components, with the ability to design and implement scalable solutions.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.

Experience with Salesforce integrations and connecting Salesforce to enterprise systems (a plus).

Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for version control and deployment management (preferred).

Solid grasp of change management best practices, with experience managing the full lifecycle of platform updates and enhancements.
