Responsibilities:

• Attend alongside CI&T client who seek to transform on the Salesforce platform, using technology as an enabler to provide greater business flexibility and a better customer experience.

• Be an important part of these clients' digital transformation, being essential for delivering value and impact to the business.

• Enjoy new challenges, contribute and play for the team, be willing to discover and learn every day;

• Connect with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.

• Ability to work in an agile and collaborative environment following our methodology.

Requirements for this challenge:

• Solid experience in Software Development/Design Engineer in Test

• Experience working closely with the client to understand the business requirements and scenarios to be tested

• Experience with Salesforce Community Testing

• Experience working on a mature DevOps environment, with continuous integration and continuous delivery.

• Willingness to work with different technologies and learn every day;

• Ability to share your knowledge with more junior team members.

• Fluent English skills (the whole process and day to day will be in English).

Differentials:

• Knowledge in Service or Sales Cloud.

• Salesforce certifications.

• Knowledge of CRM.

• Experience developing automated quality assurance for frontend and backend applications.

• Experience with Salesforce Administration
